I read the bad review and wondered who these people were talking about?!?!? Pam has WAY lots of knowledge about bikes, is ALWAYS polite and friendly with me, and Mike drops whatever he's workin on to custom fit a goofy air filter for my Sporty. Nick even stayed late on a SATURDAY waiting for me to drag my butt in there just so he could hook me up with an oil cap and drain some extra oil from my bike . . . . OVER AND ABOVE if you ask me!! I REALLY HOPE you catch the idiots who ripped you off at Bike Night . . . . when you do please post their names

I love freebyrd and Pam and Mike and my sweetie Nick are just great down to earth people who are pleasant to be around. It dont get any better than them. Ive been in the store and they got it going on. Great people. If you dont stop in your missin out

I slammed a "U" turn today when I passed by this Nice customs shop....Freebyrd Custom Motorcycles!! I love to stop in to new places along the way.....I purchased a few things while I was there and The Staff was SUPER GREAT! Very Knowledgeable and the Prices were as good!! as for the parts....Well I don't think you will have to order anything..... I believe they have it ALL! They have a Extreme inventory!! I Do not live close by, But I will be a loyal customer! Thanks a million!! Bill
